If your order contains fragile or breakable items that arrive damaged during transit, please take a photo of the damage and promptly contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receipt. You will be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
However, in situations where you’ve changed your mind or if you find that you no longer need the product, you will be responsible for covering the return postage costs. Once we receive the returned item in its original form (and unused), we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
