OUR DELIVERY PROMISE
We will always endeavour to get your items to you on time, but from time to time a delivery may be delayed for reasons outside of our control.
If our delivery partner fails to deliver your goods on time, we will happily refund you any associated postage costs you paid in full.
Please contact our customer service team via e-mail, live chat or phone to notify them of the delayed delivery and they will arrange for your delivery charge to be refunded.
Next day delivery (within 1 working day) – Place an order before 11 am and receive it the next working day.
Standard delivery (within 5 working days) – Free for orders over £750. Delivery within 5 working days, between 7.00 am – 6.00 pm.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY?
All orders will need to be signed for. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse for delivery, you will receive an email that will contain tracking information.
If you opted for delivery updates, you will receive;
- Day of delivery (SMS) advising that the parcel will be delivered that day, providing the option to reschedule to an alternative day or opt for neighbour or a Post-Office collection
- Pre-delivery notification (SMS) advising customers of their one hour delivery time window
If no-one is at home, the courier may attempt to leave parcels with a neighbour. If they do not leave the parcel, they will either deliver to a post office or return it to the depot. The courier will post a card through your door with further delivery instructions if they’re unable to complete delivery, or if they leave the parcel with a neighbour.
ADDRESS ISSUES/ITEMS NOT COLLECTED
If our carrier is unable to locate your property from the address you provided or you do not collect an item after a failed delivery attempt, they will return it to us. On receipt of the goods, we will notify you by email and provide a full refund to your original payment source. You can then re-order if the item is still required.
