Subject: Invitation to Tender for Refurbishment Works at New Warehouse Facility in Birmingham (B30)
Sterling Ventures is inviting tenders for refurbishment works at our newly acquired warehouse facility located in Birmingham, B30. The property encompasses approximately 40,000 square feet.
Scope of Works
The construction and refurbishment works required include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Roofing: Repairs: replacements, or upgrades to the current roofing structure.
2. Flooring: Installation of new flooring suitable for warehouse operations.
3. Windows and Doors: Replacement and fitting of new windows and doors.
4. Insulation: Installation of insulation throughout the warehouse to meet current standards.
5. Plumbing Works:
Installation of piping.
Fitting of toilets and other sanitary fixtures.
Installation of boilers and heating systems for the warehouse.
6. Electrical Work:
Full cabling throughout the warehouse and office areas.
Installation of necessary lighting and power systems.
7. Racking for Pallets: Supply and fitting of pallet racking systems suitable for warehouse storage.

Submission of Bids
This tender is live now and accepting supplier enquiries. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the tender guidelines provided upon request. Late submissions will not be considered.
